My friend took this photo and posted it on their Facebook. Its a mixture of a few of my favorite things; the color green, strawberries & tea. What a pleasantly composed picture!

Blackberry, Obama's phone of choice, decides to appeal to a younger, more scene crowd. Blackberry has been known for appealing to the working business man and woman but is now trying to reach a more youthful crowd, maybe in hopes to compete with the i-phone?
After viewing the latest commercial, I was left wondering what the commercial was even for. At the end of the commercial they have their logo with red and yellow logo, which looks so much like the MasterCard logo I had to take a second look.

Was the commercial entertaining? Definitely. Marketing money well spent? Not so much.

Artist Eric Zenner

Between Two Places

Refracting

I discovered this artist not too long ago and am amazed by his art. Each of his above art works are oil on canvas. His use of color and ability to accurately catch how light reflects within water is captivating. I would love to see his work in person!

Ten things about me as a kid

1. I was perfect as a child; perfectly stubborn.

2. I hated all things that were green & edible (broccoli, peas, greenbeans)

3. I don’t remember this, but I apparently gave a booger to the Dr. as a gift. How generous.

4. I hated dresses & all things girly

5. I always had to wear ear plugs in the pool when swimming

6. I didn’t leave the state of California till age 9.

7. I adored climbing trees

8. I thought anything made of glass was really expensive

9. I started listening to b95 and the rip young age of 7

10. I had a really fat white bunny named whiskers that was meaner than heck

He knows my name.

Undertone rejoicing was present on campus today for Obama's victory last night. For me, I felt sad. Inside, I could hear the heartbeats of so many babies who "punish their mothers" by being born. Strong support by Obama is given to the "right" to murder even those babies who are fully developed and induced for early birth. The words, Blood on their hands, blood on their hands.. rings in my head like a church bell. I often picture the graves at Arlington, where thousands of white crosses makes rows upon rows honoring the brave war heros. How many more graves would America have for the babies who never had a given name. God gave them each a name. He knows their names, He knows their names.

Pardon me

Photobucket

"Before the throne of God above
I have a strong and perfect plea,
A great high Priest whose name is Love,
Who ever lives and pleads for me.
My name is graven on His hands,
My name is written on His heart.
I know that while in heave He stands
No tongue can bid me thence depart

When Satan tempts me to despair
And tells me of the guilt within,
Upward I look and see Him there
who made an end to all my sin.
Because the sinless Savior died
My sinful soul is counted free,
For God, the Just, is satisfied
To look on Him and pardon me,
To look on Him and pardon me."
